Single-family existing homes

  • Sales of single-family homes decreased to 290 during the week of May 6, from 453 the week prior
  • The median price of single family homes decreased to $136,000, a change of -2.0%
  • The number of single-family home foreclosure transactions decreased to 67 last week, from 80 the week of Apr 29
  • The number of single-family home short-sale transactions decreased to 66 from 117 the week prior
  • Single-family inventory decreased by 123, and now sits at 8,723

Condos, townhomes, and villas

  • Sales of condos, townhomes, and villas decreased to 92 during the week of May 6, from 161 the week prior
  • The median price of condos, townhomes, and villas decreased to $73,500, a change of -14.5%
  • The number of condo, townhome, and villa foreclosure transactions remained constant28 last week, from 28 the week of Apr 29
  • The number of condo, townhome and villa short-sale transactions decreased to 23 from 36 the week prior
  • Condo inventory increased by 54, and now sits at 2,079
